Process
The study will commence in January 2026 and the timeline will be approximately 6 weeks:
Interested organizations confirm their participation.
Organizations prepare a list of teams/staff to complete the assessment, with a minimum of 10 participants in total.
Assessment opens in January.
Assessment closes at the end of January and results are anonymized and aggregated into a final report.
Reports are shared with the organization's leadership team (note: organizational reports will only be shared with the participating organization).
