A community mailer (or postcard) is a shared piece of mail that features a small group of local businesses and is delivered to nearby households. It’s designed to help businesses reach their local community in a cost-effective way, while giving residents a convenient snapshot of trusted services in their area.
Community postcards act as mini-billboards in people's homes. Unlike Internet advertising, postcard advertisements are one of the few advertising methods that is guaranteed to be 100% localized and "touched". Similarly, potential customers aren't able to filter out or scroll past your advertisement when it's in their physical mailbox.
Fourth Dimension Consulting utilizes USPS's Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) service. This service allows us to pay for postage in bulk and send community mailers to every home on our targeted postal routes.
We feature 11 businesses in each mailer. We intentionally keep ad space limited so your business doesn’t get lost among dozens of competitors.
We can handle the ad design for you at no extra charge. We’ll work with your logo, branding, and offer - or create something clean and effective if you don’t have existing materials. We also welcome you to send over your own ad if that's what you prefer.
We work with a wide range of local service-based and retail businesses. If you serve customers in Flagstaff, our mailers are designed to help you reach nearby households.
Mailers are currently delivered to the University Heights and Coconino Estates neighborhoods in Flagstaff (a total of 2,469 homes). If you prefer we deliver to a different neighborhood, we're happy to find a customized solution that works for you.
After we print the mailer, we take them to the post office at the first of every month. Once your ad is approved, we’ll confirm the mailing date and handle the rest - from printing to delivery.
